Add Ons
Concrete Slabs & Concrete Finishing
Concrete Commercial or residential garage slabs. For the last ten years, Patriot Supercenter has been serving Eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas with all kinds of concrete needs. Unless otherwise requested by our clients, we use the following for slab preparation:
- 2” x 6” Forms and pour anywhere from 4” – 6”
- 6 Mill Poly for moisture barrier
- 3/8” Rebar throughout the floor on 24” centers, all tied
- 3,000 PSI Concrete on Interior Slabs & 3,500 PSI used on Exterior Slabs

Electric
We offer electric in all of portable buildings. Our licensed electricians starts with the base package that includes a breaker box, two lights with switch, and six 110 plugs. From there the sky is the limit on what they can do for our customers.
Plumbing
Our licensed plumbers provide high-quality services and will do rough-in plumbing to finished-out plumbing depending on our customers needs. Rough-in plumbing is the process of installing vents, sewers, connections and waterlines. Finished-out plumbing phase,
Installation and connection of plumbing fixtures is completed. Caps on drain and water supply pipes are removed. Under sink drain assemblies are installed. Water supply values and water supply lines are installed.
Spray Foam & Batt Insulation
Batt insulation is manufactured using tiny fibers of glass spun at an extremely hot temperature. It looks much like cotton candy, but the fibers are packed together to create rolls, or batts, of insulation. The material is noncombustible, or fire resistant, which is important for a material installed next to the home’s wood structure and for general household safety. One important way insulation must perform is resisting moisture that may penetrate through the roof or humidity in the air. Fiberglass products do a great job of resisting moisture.
