Do you really not check credit?
Correct — our rent-to-own is no credit check, and everyone is approved. It’s a simple agreement, not a bank loan.
What are the terms and down payment?
Choose 24, 36, 48, or 60 months (72 months on buildings over $15k). To get started you either pay your first month with no processing fees, or put a low down payment with auto-pay (as low as $75 on 8-wide buildings).
How much are the monthly payments?
Payments start around $245/month and depend on the size and options you choose. Send the quote form and we’ll give you an exact monthly price.
What sizes and colors can I get?
Buildings from 8×12 up to 16×60, in 27 wood colors or 21 metal colors — plus custom color options.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock buildings are usually delivered within a few days to two weeks. Custom builds take a little longer. Local delivery and setup are free.
Do you sell fully finished cabins?
Yes — turnkey, finished-out buildings are available through traditional financing (rent-to-own applies to our standard buildings).
